In the time I've been training with Will, I've noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall athleticism, Will understands the demands of my sport and helps me adapt the workouts around my body's limitations. Most importantly I'm enjoying being in the gym again, rather than it just being something I have to do for my sport. I thoroughly recommend Will for any athletes needing more specific coaching.

I’ve been surfing for 10 years now, after a while I found that my performance plateaued. I was not making any progress due to my fitness dropping wherever we had an inconsistent few months. Any sessions I did have I would not be fit enough to make any real development. Reaching out to Will he went the extra mile in crafting a surf specific workout routine and spending the time to walk me through each exercise to ensure I was correctly completing them.
I was incredibly impressed with Wills wealth of knowledge about surf fitness and his how much he invested in me achieving my goals. After training with Will for just a few months I have already seen my surfing vastly improve.

I started working with Will because I wanted to make a big improvement to my surfing, I was already reasonably fit but I needed an edge. Will was friendly, enthusiastic and knowldegeable, in the first session he gave me straightforward tips on how to improve my paddle power. As I continued my training I noticed the difference in my surf specific speed, power and mobility. I could also notice the benefits in everyday life, I have had better posture and less back pain since I started my training!!

Suffering a from a recurring knee injury, which was impacting on my running, I was looking for a trainer to help me to manage my injury more effectively. It was by chance I chose Will but it seems I had a lucky break. Will has a wealth of knowledge and a real passion for what he does and, given his personal journey, is someone who clearly walks the walk; something I hold in high regard.
Will is really personable which makes training with him enjoyable. He understands the barriers that life can chuck in the way of training and will work with you to make the limited time you have as effective as possible. As a result of training with Will I can now run long distances pain free and I am able to get back to doing what I love.

After playing rugby for 8 years I’ve picked up a fair few injuries to say the least! My joints also hyper extend which has often been the cause of injury.

I wanted a PT that would understand these injuries to strengthen and condition my joints to improve my game and general strength.

Will has devised a unique training plan targeting my weak points and working muscles that protect old injuries without loading up the weights.

Will incorporates rugby specific exercises, reconstructing elements of the game which is amazing for stance and positioning. He also gives me weekly exercises for any tightness or stretching to relieve pain.

After 8 weeks I’ve 100% seen a difference in the strength on the pitch and has given me more confidence at rugby and also improved my posture!
I love my PT sessions with Will, always really fun and enthusiastic!
