If you and your team are looking to mix up your conditioning sessions in the winter months, then this is just what you need! I offer a challenging gym-based circuit that is sure to maximize performance for your desired sport.
During the sessions you can expect to learn and refine basic movements patterns while increasing strength, develop and understand the principles of speed and power development, finishing off with work on mobility to reduce pain and your risk of injury. This is perfect for the everyday athlete that is looking to mix up their training and boost performance!
Each session lasts just one hour and consist of:
– Warm up and games
– 40 minute sports specific circuit class
– Cool down and mobility practice
Sessions will run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
8:00 – 9:00 pm
Weekend slots also available
Available for youth teams – Aged 16+
