1-1 Personal Training

My mission is to make my job obsolete! With my guidance and structured training regime I will give you the tools to become your own personal trainer! After the initial consultation we can work on your desired training goals; whether it be weight loss, injury rehabilitation/prevention or increasing sports performance.

 Training Packages Include –

  • 1 x per week = £160 per month
  • 2 x per week = £280 Per month
  • 3 x per week = £360 per month

In addition to this service you will get an unsupervised gym program, so you can learn and develop your own training. You will gain the confidence you need in the gym to train on your own!

Personalised Gym Programming

Are you are training for a sport/event? Have you plateaued in your strength training? Or do you just want to mix things up? Then this is the package for you!

You will receive an 8-week personalised structured gym program based on your goals to both develop your strengths and minimise your weaknesses to maximise your performance.

Program Packages Include –

  • 2 sessions per week – £95 
  • 3 sessions per week – £115 

(including familiarisations sessions)

The familiarisations sessions are effectively 1-1 sessions to take you through the program, as well as on-going support so that there is no confusion with your training.

Semi-Private/Group Training

If you are looking to train with a friend or group of friends or want to train on a budget, then this is the perfect package! Utilising both strength and conditioning elements, I provide a relaxed and fun training environment to give you an hour of exercise that is both challenging and enjoyable.

Packages Include –

  • 1 x per week – £85 each per month for 2 people
  • 1 x per week – £65 each per month for 3 people
