Much like the 1-1 training you will receive a free consultation to help assess training goals and fitness levels. From there I structure a program both to suit your individual needs while training together to help motivate you to smash your goals.

My programs are suitable and adaptable to all fitness levels, meaning that you and a friend or better half are able to train at the same time getting maximum return from your training regardless of training age/fitness levels.

Packages Include –

1 x per week – £85 each per month for 2 people

1 x per week – £75 each per month for 3 people

*3 Persons maximum per semi-private group
