Will has been amazing in allowing me to achieve my goals. I chose him because of his sports qualifications but actually having worked with him for past 3 months he is so much more than that. He listens to what your objectives are and then tailors a programme to meet your needs. I have used the C word several times as he can be gruelling but his expert knowledge, personable nature and banter makes training fun. We still have further goals for me to achieve and I feel confident that Will can get me there. He is awesome !!!!”
Since starting Personal Training with Will, I have seen my health and fitness improve more than I ever thought possible. I have seen improvements in my day to day life (from getting up earlier and getting more done in my day, to having the confidence to say yes to more opportunities) and my immune system is stronger than ever. I haven’t had to take a sick day in a year! I am stronger, slimmer and more flexible than I have ever been.
Will is absolutely lovely, and so supportive, regardless of what your goal is. The gym can be a bit of an intimidating place at times, particularly if you are trying new equipment, but Will has given me the confidence to own my workout and try exercises I never thought I could do. He is always so cheerful, has a great sense of humour, and is incredibly compassionate about the ups and downs of the journey to fitness.

After playing rugby for 8 years I’ve picked up a fair few injuries to say the least! My joints also hyper extend which has often been the cause of injury.
I wanted a PT that would understand these injuries to strengthen and condition my joints to improve my game and general strength.
Will has devised a unique training plan targeting my weak points and working muscles that protect old injuries without loading up the weights.
Will incorporates rugby specific exercises, reconstructing elements of the game which is amazing for stance and positioning. He also gives me weekly exercises for any tightness or stretching to relieve pain.
After 8 weeks I’ve 100% seen a difference in the strength on the pitch and has given me more confidence at rugby and also improved my posture!

Suffering a from a recurring knee injury, which was impacting on my running, I was looking for a trainer to help me to manage my injury more effectively. It was by chance I chose Will but it seems I had a lucky break. Will has a wealth of knowledge and a real passion for what he does and, given his personal journey, is someone who clearly walks the walk; something I hold in high regard.
Will is really personable which makes training with him enjoyable. He understands the barriers that life can chuck in the way of training and will work with you to make the limited time you have as effective as possible. As a result of training with Will I can now run long distances pain free and I am able to get back to doing what I love.
